The COO will administer and direct the organization's Operations and Support Services in the primary areas of Childcare, Adult Care, Respite, Medical Clinic, and HR.. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:. Strategize and improve organizational growth and performance of the business and business programs over time. Develop, implement, and enforce all departmental policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to expand new or existing service offerings and integrated services. Oversee budgets, programs, and staffing for all assigned departments. Program Development for Childcare, Adult Care, Respite and Medical Clinic. Drive continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and performance metrics related to organization and industry. Communicate across multiple sites sharing of all best practices. Fosters appropriate decisions to promote positive organization outcomes. Ability to identify and effectively manage quality care indicators and risk management situations. Ensure the clean and safe passage of all facilities. Qualifications. Qualifications:. Excellent communication and organization skills. Strong computer/technology skills.
